helix 7 ice gen 4 wont take update

got a new ice 7 tried to update software to newest version the machine will only encrypt the card when i put it in ???
it  doesn't see the update...... i have tried numerous formatted blank cards of various sizes just to make sure it wasnt the card or size of card ....anyone have a suggestion?

Try in this order  ...

Format the card  ...
Insert the card into HELIX and let Encrypt folder to be created on the SD Card  ...
Download the update from the Humminbird website onto the SD Card  ...
Insert SD Card into HELIX  ...
Follow prompts  ...

SD Card must be 32gb or less  ... and make sure the download is for your specific unit model  ...

If you also tried the order that I listed above with no success call Humminbird  ...
