Topic: Helix 7 SI, no active/live sonar?

This has been a good unit for me.  However, last time out it seems like the unit has locked up.
It all appears fine, but there is no active feed of sonar.  Temp, depth, etc. all good to go.
I went and reset back to factory settings, of course lost all my good personally tweaked settings, but still no sonar.  I tried again recently, same story.

Is it something obvious I've missed, or anybody else seen this?

Can you test your head unit on another xducer or another head unit on your xducer  ...??

It may be time to call HB 1-800-633-1468
