Topic: How do you combine data between two units or two zero line cards??

I live in pennsylvania where our lake s have little to no mapping. My buddy and I both recently purchased two solix 12s and zero line cards. We wanted to divide up the lake and combine data....How would we do this? Could I attach his unit to my boat and link them to share the data?
Can we combine the data on the zero line cards?
