auto chart zoom question

hey guys.
in the boat as i write this, first day with my new helix 10 gn2.  im messing with the auto chart and it is recording, but i cant zoom in any more to veiw it more closley...the recorded auto chart dissapears.
its only showing the recoded history at 250m zoom.
any tips?? thanks!
