Is there a way to manually enter waypoints into a HB 587CI HD? Thanks in advance!

Yes there is.  Depending on which software version is installed will depend on what the menu name for this is.  Go to the “Navigation Menu Tab” section of your operations manual.  On your unit you should be looking under the “Nav” menu tab for either the “Waypoints” or “Waypoints, Routes, Tracks” menu.
