Topic: Side imaging not working with screening connected

Almost finish my first prototype fish, but when testing the transducer the side imaging would not work. after much head scratching if finally got it working but only if the extention screening(drain wire) in not connected through.

The transducer which i'm using is new and the old one worked fine.

anyone with ideas, or simular issues?
