Broken cord pin in back of HELIX 7 unit
« on: July 11, 2023, 03:53:35 PM »
Hello forum friends.
I have a problem.
I tried to plug in the tranducer cord to my Helix 7 before realizing it was crushed.
The result is a broken pin deep inside one of the receiving holes on the back of the Helix 7 unit.
It is too deep to retrieve with tweezers or needle nose.
My question is....what do I do?
If I remove the back of the Helix 7, will I be able to access the pin and push it out?
I don't want to damage the unit.

Your help will be most appreciated, as we can't use it as is.
