Topic: helix does not power on

I have a helix 9 that i got 4 years ago and I was finally able to use it and when I took it out and hooked it up it would not turn on and I know that the battery is good and it is connected directly to the battery I dont know what is wrong with it any suggestions?

Disassemble the cable collector and plug the power cable directly into the back of the unit and test  ...

I did that and nothing happened.

Do you have access to another head unit to test if the power cable has been damaged  ... ??

Do you have access to a multimeter  ... ??

I dont have another head I checked the volts and have inspected the cable and it is good
