Will Humminbird still exchange your transducer on a new Helix unit for a trolling motor transducer? What about a 600 series if not the Helix? Thanks.

I'd call the customer service folks to find out your options. What ever you do, DO NOT open the transducer package as you can't exchange it if it's been opened.
