What version of software are you running in your iPilot Link Controller and Remote?

Make sure you have updated the Link software as well.

Well that’s the right software for each hnoah. Make sure that the connection cables are fully seated/tightened. If you can try testing someone else’s Humminbird unit on your boat. I would say to call the Humminbird Customer Service folks but they are closed today (Monday) and Tuesday for some training, but you could try the Minn Kota CS folks: 1- 800-227-6433
