998c SI Combo and a 958 c DI Combo

Have a 998c on dash and a 958c on TM, can I run a Navionics chip on the 998 and a Lakemaster on the 958 and see the waypoints I create on the the 998

Yes.
The mapping card used in each unit has nothing to do with the waypoint data that gets shared.
Of course the units have to be Ethernet connected for this to work.
