Wanting to add an older 560 to bow of my boat
« on: May 01, 2012, 04:16:27 PM »
I am installing a new Terrova with ipiot  on my 16 foot Crestliner Fish Hawk I was thinking of hooking up an old humminbird 560 to the transducer in the Terrova to compliment my 898cSI that I have running on the console.

Will the 2 finders interfere with each other and will I have to run the narrow beam only?

They could as both will be using the same 200kHz sonar.  If they do interfere you can try turning on and up the Noise Filter menu on the one showing the interference.
