I don't know if Mega Live can be discussed here but I couldn't find a separate forum for it. I recently bought and used the mega live transducer ice fishing using a pole I made for it just for ice fishing and ran it on a Marcum 12- volt 18 AMP lithium battery. Now for my boat set up I have a Terrova so mounting the mega live and the 360 on it won't work. So, I took an old bow mount 12 -volt Edge I'm not using and I removed the lower motor housing from the shaft with a heat gun at 750 degrees to break the resin water proof seal and screwed the housing off. I attached the mega live and 360 transducers to this pole and mounted this remaining Edge bow mount on the bow a safe distance from the Terrova. Now I have foot pedal control where I point the mega live and the 360 no matter what the Terrova is doing. I used this for the first time on the boat yesterday trying to avoid a bunch of ice still remaining on the reservoir and the mega live and this deployment system for it are working great. I'm hoping other users of Mega Live will post here and we can all learn more about this new technology.
