Helix 8 mega plus SI plus

Thanks for looking guys. I have my bird working good, still lots to learn though. My problem as of now is getting the neama Y2K gauges on the head to work. It shows 3 windows and all I get to read is tach and water temp. I've tried settings like fuel. All it does is adjust to full with no data if the tank is full or not. There's no life in any of the gauges to set or adjust anything. Except tach and water temp. I have went to defaults multiple times. At the page of engine 1 tank1 etc  I can't change anything. Custom page does nothing. What am I missing? Yamaha interface cable to the back bone, to the gateway and finally the bird. I'm lost. Thanks
Hey now! I'm not a complete idiot, I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

Well Hummingbird is passing the buck on to Yamaha. When I called Yamaha they said I need their modules almost $500. Can't get a straight answer from anybody right now. Try again tomorrow. Not sure if the gateway is bad or the bird. Hopefully I'll fined out soon. Feel like I'm shoveling shit against the tide so far.

Well spent more time on hold than I wanted to with the bird comp. The tech seems to think it could be a bad bird y2k gateway. Since it's only reading part of what it's suppose too. Contacted bird factory outlet for exchange. Denied!! Referencing their 30 day policy and I was @ 45. Granted policy is policy but I'm still a little bent. Been trying to figure this out for sometime. Now that I might have found the problem. I have no recourse. I have spent nearly 3 grand @ the factory outlet in the last 18 months. Yep not anther dime.

Please be aware that the Humminbird factory outlet is not affiliated with Humminbird in any way  ... See link below  ...

https://www.humminbird.com/support/faqs/FactoryOutlet

How they get away with using the Humminbird name has never adequately been explained  ...
