Topic: Onix 10 & 8 will not recognize Lakemaster card

I have a Ethernet network that includes an Onix 10 si, an Onix 8 ci, and a MK Terrova I Pilot link.  I am trying to use my Lakemaster Wisconsin v 5.0 I Pilot map card.  Neither the Onix 10 nor the Onix 8 will recognize this card from their respective card slots.  I have been using the instructions in the Onix Owners manual, to activate the card by going from the Settings menu to Chart to HB Chart information.  I get the following dialog box after clicking on HB Chart Information:
    Embedded Chart:  No
    Network Chart:     No
    Card Status:         Valid Card
Anyone have a similar problem or possible solution?

No, the card is not new.  I purchased it last spring and used it last summer with the Onix 10.

Do you know of anyone else who has a Humminbird unit that you could test your map card in?  It sounds like the map card may have died.
If not, contact the Humminbird Customer Service folks.
