I installed the SW correctly but unfortunately the problem is not solved. I'm afraid it's a hardware problem and I'll have to contact assistance... or maybe try with even older firmware, do you happen to have any?

I don't like the new software 4.200  it sucks. nothing but problems with it.

on my HELIX 7 CHIRP SI GPS G4 I need to downgrade the firmware from version 2.930 to the previous one. Can someone please provide me with the software and instructions to do it?

Thank you sir. I really can't find any other explanation for this. I will think about it and I will try to come out with a real world experiment to confirm this. Right now, I think about what this means for the picture of bottom. It also has to be doublet. That must be visible on the SI screen unless it is cut out somehow.

ok. I've tried all 3 firmware configurations, and they updated perfectly, but my transducer won't "tick" like it used to with any of them. I've checked to make sure the sonar setting is turned on. I'm going to see if I can find a new transducer for it to test it the transducer out. Thanks for all your help!
