Topic: Any one missing a sail boat?

Found this target last week while working on another project. Sent the divers down and it is a 27 foot single mast sail boat.
However it has been down a while and looks in poor shape.
Wonder why no one reported this.
Any way we might try and get back and raise to surface and then get it out of the water.
No missing cases or reports outstanding for this area..
Depth about 21 feet...
