my hummpc is showing double waypoints names on google earth.

Are you selecting an entire gpx file in the left pane of HBPC to view in Google earth  ...??

Sort your waypoints in HBPC by name (click the header box in the 1st column of the right pane to change the sort order) and make sure you don't actually have double waypoints  ...

The waypoints names only are doubled

Google Earth takes the structure given my Humminbird PC to render the waypoints.   Notice that it will have waypoints in the "Waypoints" folder and there will also be a "Waypoints" folder under "Groups".  Click off the checkmark on the "Groups" folder and you will have only one set of waypoints.

Note:  If you setup groups in Humminbird PC you will have the same waypoint in multiple folders.
