Topic: autochart pro activation

just opened my new sealed in packageing autochart pro. installed and is asking for activation key. i have tried with caps on, caps off, dashes, spaces, minus sign. i was able to register it on humminbird.com but the program will not take it. any ideas?

I had to reinstall my AutoChart Pro yesterday and did not have any problems. Only thing you have not mentioned is if you used the dashed in the key. I entered the activation key exactly as shown on the DVD paper sleeve. If still not working contact Humminbird for assistance.
