Topic: 997 waypoints to new 1198?

    this is my first so I apol. if I mess up!! can I upload waypoints to a sd then shouldnt I be able to enter that card into the 1198 and the waypoints show up I know about using a interlink etc.  just seems this should be easy?? I worked on this darn thing all day thanks for any answers,  and I look forward to future post

Welcome to the forum.  Yes, you should be able to export nav data from your unit and import it on the new one.
