Hi all,
I have installed a HDSI transducer on my 2000 Triton TR186 on the bottom by the drain plug, live well pump. I get great readouts and have no issues there. My only problem is my Transducer keeps kicking up based on the location of it. I would prefer not to move the transducer and rather find a simple solution as to how i can DIY a way to help reduce the kick up.
I understand the kick up is a valuable tool to help reduce the risk of damage and possible removal of the transducer. I'm just looking for a simple solution, if there is one. One example i might try is adding zipties on the bottom holes on the ducer to reduce this.
All ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
