She answers the phone at HB.  I have had many assistance questions answered by her.  She is welcome to work on my Boat anytime!  Last week I found the bezel around my unit cracked in two at the corner of the screen.  Great job, I don't know who that lady is that answered the phone, but I sure appreciate what she did for me.  She is an asset to HB.
I learned that H-bird does not sell that individual part.  Oh, well, maybe a little super glue will fix it.  I don't even know how she identified me, caller ID?  I did not say who was callin'.  Well, two days later a new bezel arrived in the mail!  
What a wonderful surprise!  Just popped it right on, in time for my upcoming fishing frenzy that I go through each MAY. 
 
This is a good place, I guess, to mention great service by a company.  Thank you!  That lady is a jewel for HB.  I have talked to her often enough and she knows her products and takes good care of HB customers, be live me.
PS.  I just used down scan for first time.  To me it is probably more useful than side scan because I do most fishing drifting.  What a wonderful tool!
