Topic: Viewing Track/Recorded Info

Have tried searching for this type of help, but pretty sure I'm using the wrong terms which isnt helping.

In the past(say over a year ago) I was able to save track info and that type of thing to a SD card and then view it on the computer, as far as I remember it was very simple, and allowed me to review the recorded sounder images later on the computer.

I've gone through the Humminbird website and downloaded HumminbirdPC, this is talking about GPX files where they only files I have saved on the SD card are .dat, .idx, and .son files. Is this the wrong software for what I want to do? Or my I just missing something. I will be honest the customer support/info from their end does seem a bit lax.

AHhh looks like I've found what I was after- HumViewer from http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk/
