Is the Humminbird Image?

I was wondering if the image on the Humminbird units digital or analog (sp) ?

Not sure what you are refering to?  The unit is digital and everything is recorded digitally.  The video output on the units (898,998,1197) is the only thing that is truly analog (composite video signal).
