Can someone tell what I need to network a 1198 & 1199 together.
The 1198 is on the console and the 1199 is on the bow.
Thanks

You will need an Ethernet adapter cable for the 1199 and and Ethernet cable long enough.

The Ethernet cable is AS EC XXE ....Where the XX is the length. http://www.humminbird.com/Freshwater/Product-Category/Accessories/Cables/?facets=7319%2C (http://www.humminbird.com/Freshwater/Product-Category/Accessories/Cables/?facets=7319%2C)

Thanks. Do you know of some place on the web that tells me how and what to do?

It's pretty straight forward to connect the units ..... beyond that, it depends on what you want to do with the network. Waypoints will pretty much share between units automatically ..... You can do transducer sharing also, and that setup will show up in the network setup menu once the units are connected.
If you do a Google search for Humminbird Ethernet Manual you will find a PDF manual. There may be some old versions floating around out there, so get the newest one you can find.
