Title: YellowFin Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Post by: stillbear on March 26, 2010, 09:54:17 AM
OK this has happened at least 3 times I am not having any luck figuring it out. While playing
back on YellowFin I lose total control of the program no buttons work the only way I can change   it  is Alt. Ctrl. Delete. I believe I am pushing the help button during playback causing this. Any idea's.                  GARY

Well, I would stop pushing the help button during playback!  ::) ::)

You said you are pressing the Help button, are you sure you are not pressing the HOLD button.  It is the big red H on the left side of the screen?

Robert i think when i lock it up i push the help button at the top of the page when this happens
you have no control over anything it just keeps playing over and over.  Gary

I am running yellowfin on XP Servicepack 3  and on vista Service pack 2..  I tried many times to produce your problem without success.  (maybe that is good for me).
1) What operating system are you using?
2) what service pack?
3) What other programs are running?
4) What size memory is the computer? .
5) Have you tried to delete YF and reinstall?
Just some things to check...... chuck

Help file may be corrupted.  I would unistall then reinstall and see if it still happens.
