Hello dogcharmer and welcome to the forum!
Your problem is the screen resolution setting of your PC/laptop monitor.
Change it or download the second version of Humviewer for lower screen resolutions.
Good luck!

First off I have a Dell with XP, so it should not be your computer. Recently another person had the same problem the play button was missing, and he had reloaded HumViewer several times without success. I recommended that he totally remove Humviewer from his computer then shut the computer down and the reload Humviewer, this worked. Go to the control panel then to Add or Remove Programs and remove Humviewer, the turn you system off and reinstall. Give this a try it may work, Also, I would make sure when turning on your system you give it enough time to be fully loaded before reloading (make sure you go back to the site and download a fresh copy).

Hi
As Harry wrote this sounds like your screen resolution is too low. The HumViewer program requires at least 1024x768.
Higher = better.
Lower = Will not work
If you are running higher resolution then reinstall the program as George recommends.
