Oh my goodness.....Gee Whiz willy....somebody is blowing out the Helix 12 SI KVD at $1599...so much for the guy who said it was going to stay at mfg @$2299 for 2 years. LMAO.....Here I go again Bob!

Well.....I was going to ignore you ....Probably the best policy....but since you called me out...Not sure why you want to stir the pot all the time when you are 90% incorrect.
The discussion I recall was last winter and whether the Helix units would go on sale BEFORE last spring .... And that didn't happen...you were wrong. Any reference to 2 years would have been for the normal product REPLACEMENT cycle....not sale prices.
This fall sell of is a normal event.

Really? I think I remember that mfg Fixed "collusion" pricing would never last 2 years which you or somebody said there would be no price dropping , sale or otherwise, for at least 2 years....LMAO...we sure do have a selective memory when somebody doesn't want to remember something NOT in their best interests? But you go right on thinking that. Let's see what happens to the Onix line. There wasn't any fall sell off the core units until the Spring of 2016 when the Helix line started shipping. ... so now we change the rules when these so called "sale " dump off prices start happening....you are too funny Bob....but then again you are always right aren't you?
Hey Bob ...do your work for Hummingbird or get you Humminbird stuff for free. I was just wondering why you are so defensive to justify everything Humminbird does to fit you definition of why things happen?

There is a core group of members here --- Bob has 6 years as opposed to your couple of months --- that provide help to anyone that needs it about Humminbird products.
To the best of my knowledge none of us work for Humminbird. These people gained this information by many hours studying manuals, on the water experience and networking
with other long time users.

Really? Is that right? So it is a waste of time to respond to another's point of view contrary to BOb's point of view? So because bob has been here for 6 years with his core group of members makes anything he says the absolute and irrefutable truth and the glory forever and ever? I was buying and installing marine electronics when Bob didn't know what LPF-300 Lowrance was. So I am really confused here......so if Bob says something, he is never to be challenged because Ol Bob is the Hummingbird and marine electronics God? Just looking for some clarification here and I don't want to step on his royal majesty's toes! LMAO......In my opinion Rickie knows more about Humminbird electronics stuff than Bob ever will...I highly respect Rickie's technical explanations and Bob's ....not so much. In my world , you get respect when you give respect and Bob only respects what bob believes....all other's opinions are insignificant. But that is Ok......
