Not sure I get it though. Does it create a map or does it just give you a way to view the depth on an iPad screen? I'm familiar with the Navionics App but thought it was a static map... Thanks!

it allow you on you mobile device to create map LIVE yes.

you need to plus your unit to the HUB WIFI or bluetooth device on the net and >NAvionic software
