Title: SD card slot freezing helix 9

I have a new helix 9, I have 2 sd slots and every time I out 1 of them in the right one it freezes the humminbird, and I have to unplug it and start it back up. If I reset it then put the sd card or chip in the right one it will stay on the begin humminbird screen? Any ideas what to do? Thanks

Thanks, called humminbird they said I have to send it in.
