Title: Export to Google Earth?
Post by: bigkahuna on March 15, 2010, 08:31:28 AM
My apologies if this is covered somewhere, I searched but didn't find anything.  Is there any software that facilitate exporting side imaging scans as overlays in Google Earth?

You may also go to the forum on this site and go to software downloads.     there is a link to downloading the software.   http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?topic=95.msg198#msg198 (http://forums.sideimagingsoft.com/index.php?topic=95.msg198#msg198)             Chuck

I thought HumminbirdPC only displayed navigation data in Google Earth, not the side scan images?

The only way to export the Side Scan images to google earth is to use a Mosaic software and export as a geotiff or similar format.
