Title: How long does it take to hear something bout your unit once you send it?

sent my unit in for repair and have not heard a word from anyone, was just wondering whats next?

How long ago did you send it in?

It depends on how long it takes to get the unit to them and then maybe a couple to 3 days for them to look at it.  The last time I sent a unit in they turned it around in 2 days however it took 3 days each way plus I lost a couple of days because of the weekend. If you have tracking on your shipping you can find out when they received the unit and then give them a few days before calling.
