Title: 899CI HD SI COMBO no cursor

I was out following the 10' contour using LakeMaster chart when I lost my cursor. The button doesn't work in any direction on the chart. I then tried without success to show a cursor on the SI screen. I tried re-setting to default with no success. The lower three buttons on the right do not function now also. I cannot lock them on a chosen screen as before. Is there something I could be overlooking that I should reset? All these functions work properly on my 999.

Check to see if any of the buttons may be partially engaged and not popping completely back out to their "resting" position ...

We have seen before a button that got stuck in the "pressed" position ...

Thanks Rickie, all the buttons seemed to be free. I talked to customer service and the unit is already on its way to the factory. Guess I will be moving the 999 from helm to bow and back a lot for a little bit.
