Title: GPS Switch
Post by: ITGEEK on April 28, 2015, 11:07:01 AM
Hey Greg, is it possible to hook up a GPS toggle switch, to switch between
the GRHA and Heading Sensor gps puck?
I'm still thinking of getting a 360.
If I do, I will need to use the Heading Sensor GPS for the 360.
When the 360 is not in use, I want to use the GRHA.

Yes I suppose you could.  I've not heard of this being done yet.

Thanks Rickie.
I haven't taken my boat out for awhile now.
If I fish, I fish from the shore now.
I used to fish the local lakes, but I've gotten too aggravated by the
lack of regard by the kayakers and canoeists at the boat ramps.
People don't understand that a boat ramp is for launching and retrieving.
I pride myself at the speed I can launch and retrieve my boat, and clear
the ramp.
I make it a point to not have people waiting on me.

Some people don't know, don't care, or don't want to know.
They park their vechicle right in the middle of the ramp, and unload and prepare everything right on the ramp, instead of putting it on the side and moving their vehicle out of the way.
You get tired of trying to explain things to people.
They say, "It's a beautiful day and we're just out trying to enjoy ourselves".
What in the hell does that have to do with blocking the boat ramp longer than you have to?
Boaters don't have a choice, they have to use the ramp.
A kayak can put in on the side of the ramp.
There are many more kayakers to come.
It's not a good time for boaters.
