Title: NEMA output

I have an 1197c SI on the way.  I need one NEMA output for Smartcraft guagess and one in/out for DSC on a VHF radio.  Is this possible on an 1197?  If so what cables do I need to make the connections?  I read in another post that someone was able to get AIS to display.  With a NEMA in/out connection will the 1197 display position info recieved from the DSC on an incoming call?

Hendrik had his 1197 connected to AIS. He can give you advice on this.

AIS works as soon you connect it, on both nmea standard as AIS standard speed.
Didn't check the DSC call
