Title: Onix And ethernet old switch AS ETH 5PS

Has anyone had and success running Onix and the older AS ETH 5PS switch together? I know the official position it you need the AS ETH 5PXG switch with Onix. But I have not read anywhere where it was tried with the older AS ETH 5PS and they had issues.  Someone has surely tried it.

Maybe Diel11 will check in......or you can shoot him a PM.  He was one of the first to get an Onix and as I remember, he initially had the old switch and had issues.......Don't remember what kind of issues he had.  He had to upgrade to the new switch.
