Title: 899ci HD SI Issues

The warranty is about to expire on my unit.  So is it true that 899 units have hardware and software issues that need to be corrected.  One thing I have noticed is when I reduce scroll speed below level 5 the DI view becomes washed out.  I've also read where HB will send you a prepaid shipping label.  I need some sound advice here.

Call HB customer support and they can help with a prepaid shipping label..  Chuck

The unit is on it's way to HB.  CS e-mailed a prepaid Fedex label.  They were great!!.
