Title: Zoom in side imaging?

I have a 798ci SI unit. Can you zoom in on side imaging while reading the unit in the side image mode? or do you have to take a snapshot and then enlarge or zoom in??  Same in down imaging mode too?

Yes you can.  Just move the cursor to where you want to zoom into and press the + button.

I am not sure on your unit but on my 1198 I can not do a snapshot while I am recording and in order to zoom in I have to have that screen active.  I don't know if this is normal or it is just the way mine works.

    You can not do a snapshot while recording on any unit. I believe you can make a snapshot while playing back a recording on a unit.
