Hi All
I just released a new version of the HumViewer program. The new release is called 60.
The new release can be downloaded from: http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk (http://humviewer.cm-johansen.dk)
As always, if you have any problems with the new release, then write a precise bug description in this thread and I will try to help you.

Version 60 (Release date 19-02-10 23:23)
-Contrast/brightness control aded to popup menu (right click on image).
-Crop to/from, Color scheme and view type moved to popup menu (right click on image).
-Added configuration parameter for selecting 12/24 hour clock (in unit setting menu).
-Extra info shown in left side window: Date and time
-New status panel added in bottom of screen showing details in boxes.
-Extra details in status panel: Dist from boat (slant rate corrected).
-Performance of Track2D improved.
-Bugfix: Depth line text now follows chosen unit (ft/m)

Thanks Martin. download and run with out a problem 1st pass I oculd tell the improvments. Now to get into it a bit deeper. Good fixes and a great program. this reinforces our motto: "If it is there we will find it. " thanks again for all you do. chuck

just downloaded and installed without problems.
Looks good and I really like the contrast and brighness control!
One question: Are the crop values in feet? I see values from 0 - 115.

Hi Harry
The crop values should be the the unit (m or ft) that you have chosen in the 'unit setting' meny. Same unit as you see in the details box.
If not I have a problem.

Perfect Martin,
everything works fine. I used the recordings on the JURA for my first try out. These are the only recordings in which I was in "deep" water and I had the Side Range set to maximum. That confused me a bit.
In the other, "shallow" Water, recordings everthing looks like I'm used to.

What a cool si viewer,plus looks quite accurate...thanks buddy ;)

Just tried using humviewer 60 and am having problems with waypoints. I can create waypoints but when i close the file it locks up. I cannot open another file unless I totally exit humviewer and then my waypoints I created are lost. Help.

Sorry to hear that you cannot download it directly. Is all .dk sites blocked in Korea ?
Currently I cannot add it to the download section. I think it is because the fle is 20++Mb and the limit in the download area is 15Mb.
To Robert: Is there a way to get the HumViewer setup file added to the download area ?

hi everybody,
since i 've downloaded yesterday the release 60, nothing works. >:(
everything was ok with the previous release.
i did not change anything in my folders. yesterday my last 3 records could be scanned and today it's not the case.
every time i try to , humviewer gives this following message :
" This is not a valid humminbird Sonar recording file.
Could not find any .SON FILES FOR R00009."
HELP please because no explanation of this failure.
ps : i tried with many other recording files ...
