Title: HB Customer Support Phone Number

Is the 1-800-633-1468 listed on the website still functional??  I called it at least 30 times today and got a busy signal everytime.

Yes it is.
Mondays are the busiest day of the week for our Customer Resource Center (CRC) folks.  Any Monday following a holiday will be even busier with the worse being the Monday after the 4th of July…
Calling earlier in the day is usually better than later.  They start at 8:00 AM (central time zone) on all days except Wednesdays when they start at 8:30 AM after a 30 minute meeting.
