Title: 1199 & 999, which one on bow and which on dash?

Hi all,
Thanks in advance for sharing with me what you feel are the pros and cons of having the 1199 on the dash and the 999 on the bow, or do you feel it's best the other way around? I originally thought the 1199 wouldn't fit on the dash but it does. I was concerned that if it did fit, my view would be obstructed but I can see over the top of it well enough. Here are pics of each on the dash.

As you can see in the pic above, the 1199 blocks the trim gauge, but that doesn't bother me too much since there is a MercMonitor behind the white covered gauge and the trim number automatically pops up on the MercMonitor when you trim the motor...

There's an advantage to having the larger screen at the bow...

Your eyes are farther away from the screen at the bow...
