Title: Can you Order the HDSI transducer with the 899 unit?

I am right on the edge of ordering an 899 unit but am a bit confused. On YouTube there is a video of a fellow opening his new Humminbird 899ci HD SI and it CAME with the XHS 9 HD transducer. It is my understanding from all the posts in this forum, that the XNT 9 transducer is the standard one shipped with this unit. Sooo, can I order the HD 'ducer to come with the 899 and not have to exchange the XNT?

Welcome to the Humminbird Side Imaging Forums Saltykayak.

You would have to check with your retailer of choice on that.  Humminbird packs the 899ci HD Si units with the smaller CSi transducer but maybe your retailer will swap the transducers out before they ship it to you.
