Hello All. I am new to the world of SI. I have a 997. About three weeks ago I downloaded Humviewer could not make
heads or tails how to make it work.Today using the simulator on my 997. I recorded some screen shots an downloaded
them to the humviewer and finally got it to work . WOW WHAT A PROGRAM. I can't wait to get some real footage to
play and learn with. While I have my card in the PC viewing a recording can I save it to the PC so i don't have to keep putting my card in. GARY THANKS A LOT MARTIN.

Hi Gary,
I've created a 'Humminbird Recordings' folder on my PC and copy the complete 'record' folder off the memory card from each trip onto it, so I can study it at my leisure at home. I've also found that I can also work this the other way and reload a previously saved recording back onto my HB and review it on there too.
regards,
Kevin

Good points kevin. We store our recordings on CD's and organize them by region or areas. this way we dont clog up the computer disk. and it makes the file easier to share with others. Chuck

In addition to screenshots you can also make a recording in the Simulator mode on your unit...
