Went to a fall down last week that I like. With reg. FF I would have went right up to it and started fishing but while coming in with SI I saw the school just off the tree. Had some fun with a few on jigs but finding a keeper was another story.

much rather fish the school than those gills and maybe a crappie or two in the tree. they would come in and move out...come in and move out. Fun day on the water

You stare at that return and see crappie by the school load and I am still having tough time just finding the tree! Guess that is what "experience" is all about.

You'll pick up on it. Look at the shadows, they tell a lot about what your looking at.
