How do I find out what version of software my unit was shipped with?  I upgraded to the 6.7 and do not like it at all. I can not remember what version it came with.  I want to run the 6.49 but I have read you shouldn't downgrade software past the point the unit was shipped with.  thanks in advance

You could call HB customer service at 1-800-633-1468 and have your serial number and model number ready.
They may have that info.

If they cannot get it to you right then they will contact you with it later.
If you have a problem with it, just shoot me an e-mail and I will get it checked on.

What were your issues with 6.7??? Havent updated since 6.49 and was going to jump to 6.7 until I seen this...
