Platinum Navionics card. I have the 998HD and was wandering what was the largest GB card I could use in this unit that will work correctly ?

The 998c HD Si units will work with the 32GB SDHC memory cards (this is the largest capacity for an SDHC memory card).

Thanks Greg, was wandering if the larger capacity cards will be slower on the recording ? I have a couple of 4gb already but would like one that I can leave in and not have to take out every trip and upload or delete off recordings

Larry,
Recording speed (Write speed) is not controlled by the capacity of the memory card.  Each memory card will have a read and a write speed (sometimes these are the same).  Look for additional labeling or markings on the memory cards that indicate this.
