Title: 798 won't shut off

Anybody have an idea on this? Won't shut off unless I unplug it. Power button works fine when turning it on. Thanks for your help

Are you waiting for the countdown to end "shuting down in 2seconds" ?
You have to hold down the power button until it turns off and the screen turns black
