Title: 997c Card slots clicking

Hi All newbie here.

After finally getting my navionics platinum + to work on the unit by downgrading the firmware, and updating to the latest version, I have another issue.

I have a constant clicking noise coming from the card slot, this does not matter if there are no cards inserted I get a clicking noise.

All I have connected the unit is the GPS puck.

The unit is working fine, just the clicking noise, I tried to downgrade again but it's still there.

Any Help greatly received.

Welcome to the Side Imaging Forums bully.

Since you only have the GPS Receiver connected, did you set the Sonar menu to “Off”?
If not, do so and see if that clicking stops.
