one of the main reasons way I purchased the side imaging was the ability to see bream beds. I have the 798. we caught close to 300 bream in one hole. I was not able to view any beds on the screen. I ran the unit on the left and right side only @ 40' to 60'. I saw fish but beds like the photos from other bigger units. do I have to purchase the 1100 or 800 models in order to see bream beds. why cant I see them on the 798.

Haven't had any problems seeng bream beds on my 798. Do you have any screen shots you could post? If you can see fish but not the beds, it may very well be a settings problem.

Well, just because you caught a lot of bream,
maybe they were not on or near the beds.
Are you sure that was a nesting site that you
caught them in?
