Title: 898 now taking pics of waypoints

hi ,first post FROM AUSSIE ,but here goes,i have been shown how to take pics with the 898ci sideimage and have been doing so ,but on going out last week i now try to ping a waypoint and it takes pics instead of just putting a point in ,how do i change back and forth between these 2 things .

Are you trying to navigate to a waypoint?

Anytime you press the 'Mark' button, it will make a
new waypoint.
If you have Screen Snapshots enabled (from the accessory menu),
it will also save a picture.

Set Screen Snapshots to off if you don't want it to save pictures.

thanks for the replies men ,i am not navigating to spot just marking good ground ,i will disable pics and see how that goes ,thanks again
